We use those principles to buy small, simple, and successful businesses that provides value (>30% IRR) for Partners, assurance for Sellers, and care for the Business & Its People, using a healthy amount of Leverage.

Our Process

Compounding capital at >30% IRR in businesses with the 4Ms: Meaning, Moat, Management, Margin of Safety backed by strong due diligence and scrutiny.

Research & Investing

We dive into deep research for potential businesses with <$1 million EBITDA owned by local owners in simple-to-understand industries. We don't invest in turn-arounds. Then, we finance the transaction via a combination of Partners' equity, private credit, bank debt, and seller financing.

Commandeering

We drive operational improvements and business development to increase the company value. We trust the people that worked in the business, so we tend to keep the management intact and only provide small changes that add value.

We create blueprints for the businesses so that it's scalable and can run on autopilot. We then sell the business to those that will also take good care of the business & its people.
